Neither risks nor favourable evidence
go unnoticed.
Every document is scanned and each finding is reported with its severity level, the relevant statutory provision and its source. The system surfaces not only risks but also findings in favour of the defence.
The suspect appears to have been taken into custody a second time for the same act. Under Article 91/2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CMK), a second detention for the same act is prohibited; this may constitute grounds for reversal.
The same witness’s statements to the police and to the prosecutor are inconsistent as to the time and place of the incident. This can be used in cross-examination.
Call records and cell tower data show that the suspect was away from the scene at the time of the incident; this was not assessed in the police summary report. It may support a request for release.

Case files are the most sensitive data there is. That is why every case is protected with its own encryption key, and data never leaves Türkiye.
Each case is encrypted with its own key using AES-256-GCM; protected at rest and in transit.
Each firm’s data is kept separate; access is restricted with row-level security (RLS).
All data is processed on servers in Türkiye, in compliance with KVKK (Türkiye’s data protection law) and the GDPR.
Case files are never used to train AI models under any circumstances.
A deleted file and all data derived from it are removed from the system so that they cannot be recovered.
Every stage of the analysis pipeline is isolated from the others and runs in an auditable, measurable way.

How many pages can it analyse?
There is no page limit per file; files of more than 10,000 pages are analysed as a whole. With documents added hearing by hearing, it has been tested up to 100,000 pages. Could the precedents be made up?
No. Precedents are retrieved not from the model’s memory but from the official decision databases of the Court of Cassation (Yargıtay) and the Council of State (Danıştay). Every decision is presented with its Bedesten ID and can be verified via UYAP.
Are Council of State decisions and legislation included?
Yes. In addition to Court of Cassation decisions, it offers full-text access to Council of State decisions and official, up-to-date legislation research, from laws and presidential decrees to regulations and repealed legislation. Everything is analysed in the context of your case file.
What is in-case simulation?
It is a module that lets you rehearse on the same case file: the opposing party’s argument, cross-examination from the perspective of the judge and prosecutor, client preparation and witness preparation. It follows the stages of the hearing: interrogation, witness hearing, defence on the merits and the final word.
Does it keep track of hearing dates?
Yes. The hearing tracker detects hearing dates from the documents automatically, shows the calendar of all your files on a single screen and reminds you in time. The lawyer’s calendar brings your hearings, site inspections, tasks and notes together in a personal or team calendar.
Which file formats can it read?
It reads PDF (including scanned documents), UYAP .udf, Word, Excel, TIF, JPEG and PNG images, and MP3 audio recordings.
Is it compatible with UYAP?
Yes. Petitions can be downloaded in .udf format for upload to UYAP, as well as in Word and PDF.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted on servers in Türkiye, encrypted with a per-case key and never used to train AI models.
