This text has been prepared to obtain your permission for ADTOUCH LABS TÜRKİYE BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“AdTouch Labs” or the “Company”) to send you commercial electronic messages and your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This consent is entirely optional; not giving it does not prevent you from using any of our products or services, submitting a form or making a purchase. For general information on how we process your personal data, please see our Privacy Notice (KVKK). The Turkish version of this text is the legally binding version.
1. Permission for Commercial Electronic Messages
If you give your permission, the Company may send commercial electronic messages to the contact details you have provided through the following channels:
- E-mail (to the e-mail address you have provided),
- SMS (to the mobile phone number you have provided).
These messages may include announcements of campaigns, discounts, new products, events, webinars, newsletters and surveys relating to our AI products such as AdTouch Legal, NeuroAds, StayPanel, Meditouch, Belediye Yapay Zekâ (Municipal AI) and BrainCommerce, our ready-made website templates, our digital marketing (Google Ads management, SEO/GEO) and technical support services, and our digital products. Messages identify the Company, include its contact details and offer an opt-out.
2. Explicit Consent to Processing Personal Data for Marketing
If you consent, the following personal data will be processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5(1) KVKK:

Purposes: offering products, services and campaigns that match your interests; personalising and segmenting marketing messages; measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and messages; conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
This consent does not cover analytics and advertising processing through cookies; your cookie preferences are obtained separately under our Cookie Policy.
3. Transfers
To send marketing messages, your contact details are transferred to Netgsm for SMS, to our e-mail service provider for e-mail, and to the Message Management System (İYS) to record your permission. Where our service providers use servers located abroad, the transfer is carried out under the mechanisms in Article 9 KVKK (adequacy decision, standard contract and other appropriate safeguards).
4. Message Management System (İYS)
As required by law, your permission for commercial electronic messages is registered in the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, İYS). Permissions not registered in İYS are deemed invalid and no messages are sent on that basis. You can view and manage your permissions and opt-outs through the İYS website, its mobile application or e-Devlet (e-Government Gateway).
Under the applicable legislation, commercial electronic messages may be sent without prior permission to recipients who provided their contact details to us as merchants or tradespeople; such recipients may also opt out at any time.
5. Withdrawing Your Permission (Right to Opt Out)
You may withdraw your permission at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge:
- by using the “unsubscribe” link in our e-mails;
- by using the opt-out method stated in our SMS messages;
- through the İYS website, mobile application or e-Devlet;
- by writing to info@adtouchlabsturkiye.com or calling us on +90 850 303 10 81.
Your opt-out will be processed within 3 business days at the latest of reaching us, and messages through the relevant channel will stop. Withdrawing permission for one channel does not affect the other; you may opt out of all channels. If you withdraw your permission for commercial electronic messages, your explicit consent to processing for marketing purposes is also deemed withdrawn; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. Messages Outside the Scope of this Consent
Informational messages sent within an existing contractual relationship or in response to your request — such as order confirmations, payment and invoice notices, download links, verification codes, password resets, service interruption notices, contract changes and replies to your enquiries — are not commercial electronic messages and will continue to be sent even without your permission.
7. Retention
Your permission remains valid until withdrawn. Your permission and opt-out records (channel, date and time, text version, IP address) are kept as evidence for 3 years after the permission ends and, in the event of a dispute, for the relevant limitation period. Other data processed for marketing is deleted or anonymised in the first periodic destruction cycle after you withdraw consent.

9. Consent Statement
I have read and understood the Marketing Communications Consent text. Of my own free will, I consent to ADTOUCH LABS TÜRKİYE BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. sending commercial electronic messages about products, services, campaigns and events to the e-mail address and mobile phone number I have provided, through the channels I have ticked, and to the processing of my personal data for the marketing purposes described above. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time free of charge.
Your consent is obtained by ticking a separate, unticked checkbox on the relevant form; the date, time, channel and text version of your consent are recorded.
