Pre-Contractual Information Form

This Pre-Contractual Information Form has been prepared under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the Buyer before a contract is concluded for orders placed through the adtouchlabsturkiye.com website. The Buyer reads and electronically confirms this form before confirming the order. The Turkish version of this form is the legally binding version.

The fields shown in double square brackets (e.g. [[alici_ad]], [[toplam_tutar]]) are filled in automatically with your order and buyer details at the time of purchase. This page shows the general text of the form.

3. Main Characteristics and Price of the Products and Services

Products and services (name, characteristics, term, quantity and price including taxes):

Detailed characteristics of the products and services are given on the relevant product page. Prices include value added tax. As products and services are delivered electronically, no delivery, shipping or similar charge applies. No amount is charged beyond the total shown at the time of the order; for card payments, any instalment surcharge or fee your bank may apply is subject to your bank’s terms.

4. Payment

• Card payment: taken through the infrastructure of the licensed payment institution iyzico with 3D Secure authentication. Card details are neither seen nor stored by the Seller.
• Bank transfer (havale/EFT): payment is made to the Seller’s bank account shown at checkout, quoting the order number. The receipt may be uploaded through the Site. The order is confirmed once receipt of the funds is verified; if payment is not made within the period stated at checkout, the order may be cancelled.

5. Performance and Delivery

• Downloadable digital products and template files: after payment is approved, a download link is sent to your e-mail address and, where applicable, made available in your customer account. For security, links may be valid for a limited time and/or number of downloads and will be renewed on request.
• Software licences: the licence key or access details are provided electronically after payment is approved.
• Services (Google Ads setup and management, SEO/GEO, technical support): after payment is approved, we contact you to start the service. Performance may require your contribution, such as access to ad accounts, the website or server, content and approvals.
• Installation support: performed on a date agreed with you, in the hosting environment you provide.
• The order is performed within 30 days at the latest. If performance becomes impossible, you will be notified within 3 days and all payments collected will be refunded within 14 days of the notification at the latest.

6. Term, Renewal and Termination

• Monthly plans run in one-month periods and renew upon payment for each period. You may cancel at any time before the next period begins, without penalty; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Prepaid 3, 6 and 12-month plans are fixed-term, end automatically at the end of the term and are not renewed without your express request. A Consumer may end the plan early without penalty; in that case the months used (a started month counting as a full month) are charged at the monthly plan price applicable on the order date and deducted from the amount paid, and the balance is refunded.
• Website template licences are valid for 12 months and do not renew automatically.
• Full terms are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Right of Withdrawal

A Consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice within this period by e-mail to info@adtouchlabsturkiye.com or in writing to Skyport Rezidans No:1 Ofis 151, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul; the withdrawal form annexed to the Distance Contracts Regulation may also be used. The Seller refunds all payments collected within 14 days at the latest of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the payment method used and at no cost to the Consumer.

8. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply or Is Lost

Under Article 15(1) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Art. 15(1)(ğ): services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the Consumer. This covers digital products for which a download link has been provided, template files delivered, licence keys issued and software licences whose access has been activated.
• Art. 15(1)(h): services whose performance has begun with the Consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period. Google Ads setup and management, SEO/GEO, installation support and technical support fall within this scope once performance begins.
• Art. 15(1)(b): goods prepared in line with the Consumer’s requests or personal needs.

Important: At checkout you will be asked to expressly confirm that you request delivery of the digital content and performance of the services to begin immediately, before the withdrawal period expires, and that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins. If you request in writing that a service start after the withdrawal period has expired, you may exercise your right of withdrawal until performance of the service begins. Different items in the same order are assessed separately. The absence of a right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective performance.

9. Functionality, Technical Protection Measures and Interoperability of Digital Content

• Ready-made website templates: the hosting, server software, database and browser requirements for the templates are stated on the product page. The licence is limited to the scope of use stated on the product page (e.g. number of domains or projects) and may include technical protection measures such as licence verification.
• Software licences and online services: require an up-to-date web browser and internet connection; any additional system requirements are stated on the product page. Access is protected by account credentials specific to the person or organisation.
• Downloadable digital products: the file format and the software needed to open it are stated on the product page. Download links are personal and should not be shared.

10. Invoice

An e-Archive invoice is issued through the Paraşüt platform and sent to your e-mail address.

11. Complaints and Objections

You may send requests and complaints to info@adtouchlabsturkiye.com, by phone to +90 850 303 10 81 or by post to Skyport Rezidans No:1 Ofis 151, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul. As a Consumer, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you purchased the goods or services or where you reside; for disputes exceeding those limits, to the consumer courts. Applications to consumer arbitration committees can also be made through e-Devlet. In cases provided by law, mediation is mandatory before filing a claim with the consumer courts.

Information on the personal data processed in connection with your order is given in our Privacy Notice (KVKK).

13. Confirmation

The Buyer confirms that it has read and understood this Pre-Contractual Information Form and confirmed it electronically before confirming the order. This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are sent to [[alici_eposta]] on a durable medium together with the order confirmation.
