Purchases made through the account are also subject to the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Article 3 – Membership Requirements
- To become a Member you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- A person creating an account on behalf of a company or organisation declares that they are authorised to represent it and to accept this Agreement on its behalf.
- The Member confirms that the information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete and up to date, and agrees to update it through the account or by notifying the Company if it changes.

- The Member may also choose to log in with a one-time verification code sent by SMS to their mobile phone, or use this code as an additional security step. SMS messages are sent through our service provider Netgsm. Verification codes are valid for a short time and for single use only; the number of failed attempts may be limited for security.
- The Member must keep their password and verification codes confidential, not share them with third parties, choose a password that is hard to guess and not used for other services, and keep their device secure. Company staff will never ask the Member for their password or verification code.
- Actions performed through the account are deemed to be performed by the Member. However, the Member is not liable for unauthorised actions resulting from a breach of the Company’s security obligations or from the Company’s fault.
- If the Member becomes aware that the account has been used without authorisation, or that their password or phone line has fallen into someone else’s hands, they must immediately notify info@adtouchlabsturkiye.com and change their password. In case of a potential security risk, the Company may temporarily lock the account and require a password reset.

The Company reserves the right to develop, change or discontinue some account functions; such changes do not remove the Member’s rights in relation to products and services purchased.
Article 6 – Member’s Obligations
- The Member uses the account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement, the Terms of Use and the licence terms.
- The Member may not transfer, share or sell the account, download links or licence keys to third parties outside the scope of the licence.
- The Member will not attempt to access the account by automated means, compromise the security of the Company’s systems or access another person’s account.
- In receipts or support documents they upload, the Member shares only the information necessary for the transaction and does not upload special categories of personal data or unrelated third-party information.
Article 7 – Notifications and Communication
The Company sends notifications about account security, orders, payments, invoices, licence terms, subscription renewal reminders and service changes to the Member’s registered e-mail address and/or by SMS. These notifications are part of performing the contract and are not commercial electronic messages. Promotional messages are sent only if the Member separately consents under the Marketing Communications Consent, and this consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The Member’s personal data is processed for the purposes and on the legal bases described in the Privacy Notice (KVKK). When the account is closed, account data is deleted or anonymised in the first periodic destruction cycle (within 6 months at the latest), except for records that must be retained by law (e.g. invoice, order and contract records).
Article 9 – Term and Termination
- The Agreement enters into force when the Member creates an account and is concluded for an indefinite term.
- The Member may close the account at any time without giving any reason, through the account settings or by notice to info@adtouchlabsturkiye.com from the registered e-mail address. Closing the account means that ongoing term plans will not be renewed for the next period; rights relating to periods already paid for are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- After the account is closed, access to download links and documents through the account ends. The Member is advised to download purchased digital products and invoices before closing the account; invoices will be re-sent by e-mail on request.
- The Company may suspend the account or terminate the Agreement if the Member breaches this Agreement, the Terms of Use, the licence terms or the law, if there are serious indications that the account is being used for fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, or at the request of competent authorities. Where the nature of the situation allows, the Member will be notified in advance and given a reasonable time to remedy the breach.
- Accounts with no login for 24 months and no active product, licence or subscription may be closed, subject to at least 30 days’ prior notice to the Member by e-mail.
- Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before the termination date.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the Site and the customer account interface, and in the software, content and digital products provided through them, belong to the Company or its licensors. Membership grants the Member no rights in them other than those expressly stated in the licence terms.
Article 11 – Liability
The Company takes reasonable care to keep the account running securely and without interruption. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, updates or reasons beyond the Company’s control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from the unavailability of the free membership service. This limitation does not apply to the Company’s intent or gross negligence, or to consumers’ rights under mandatory legislation.
Article 12 – Changes to the Agreement
The Company may update this Agreement due to changes in legislation, security requirements or services. Material changes to the Member’s detriment are notified at least 15 days before they take effect, to the registered e-mail address or through the account upon login. A Member who does not accept a change may close the account free of charge before the effective date.
Article 13 – Evidence
In the event of a dispute, the Company’s electronic records, system and session logs and e-mail correspondence constitute evidence within the framework of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. This does not remove the Member’s right to submit counter-evidence.
Article 14 – Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Members who are consumers may apply, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the consumer arbitration committee where they reside or where the transaction took place, or to the consumer courts for disputes exceeding those limits; in cases provided by law, mediation is mandatory before filing a claim with the consumer courts. For disputes with Members who are not consumers, the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory mediation rules.
Article 15 – Entry into Force
This Agreement is concluded when the Member gives electronic approval during account creation. The date and time of approval and the Agreement version are recorded. The current text of the Agreement is always available on this page.
